FAQ

Questions, answered

Anything else? Read the docs or open a ticket from your dashboard.

Do I need to run my own server?
No. Hagency Cloud provisions and hosts your Hagency Server, including its databases, media storage and TLS certificates. Hagency Server is built on Matrix and integrates messaging, authentication, administration, projects and agents.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Configure your Matrix ID domain before creating server users, then publish the generated /.well-known files on that domain. Your Hagency Server stays at its workspace address and your existing website can stay where it is.
Is my data encrypted?
Hagency Server supports Matrix end-to-end encryption. Enable it for rooms in your client and keep your recovery keys safe. Backup and export availability depends on your workspace configuration and plan.
Can I federate with other Matrix servers?
Yes. Enable federation on your Hagency Server so users can communicate with other servers on the Matrix network.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Workspaces are then downgraded to Free; you can export your data at any time before scheduling deletion.
